As a feature of the acquisition, Super Group will gain internet gaming organization Digital Gaming Corporation. Also, it would become the holding organization for web-based gaming brands Spin and Betway. DGC is now authorized to work in the United States. If regulators approved the acquisition, Super Group could legally operate in ten states, including New Jersey and Pennsylvania. At present, Super Group doesn't have a presence in the US market.
